I'm looking at extending my kitchen island (Pictures are attached).
I wish to knock down the south end panelling (So the island is just flat without any pieces sticking up)
Easy to explain when looking at the south end photo (You'll see the plant at the top left hand side)
- Wish to extend the south end by approximately 800 mm.
- Wish to extend the left hand side by approximately 300 mm.
- Wish to extend the right hand side by 150 mm
- Wish to extend the top end by 400 mm.
- Wish to have a larger sink space. We like the two separate ones and a place to put the dishes when drying. (So a similar set up, just wider/taller/deeper sinks).
After alternative to completely making the whole lot from brand new (May still have to be the way but want to see other options). I'm not looking for cheap, I'm looking for good value.
Lastly, haven't considered/factored into the bench tops... But they are approximately 20 mm thick... and would look at similar material/thickness, perhaps in a different colour (Dark grey, to match walls).
