How to cut Everhard Easydrain compact galvanised?

Hello!

I have the Everhard Easydrain compact galvanised 1000mm, but need to cut it down to 900mm. Is this possible? I can only seem to find information on how to cut and join to other sections, which all indicate cutting at the ribs, which are located 200mm from each end. This would make it too short.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Sebastian90,

Thank you for your question about cutting down drainage channels.

If you are not joining the channel to anything else, you do not need to cut between the ribs. These ribs are there to slot into an Everhard EasyDRAIN Converter.

You would simply cut the drain and grate to length, then use silicone to attach an Everhard EasyDRAIN Compact End Cap to your drainage channel.
