How to build a clothing rack?

Hey everyone! I’m trying to re-create a discontinued product element - which is a clothing rack/rod attached to shelving. I’m not sure how to recreate it, or how find the specific screws, hooks etc or what quality rod I’d need to hang a solid amount of clothes.

(I’ve tried asking the brand but they’ve got nothing)

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @southeywest. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about creating a hanging rod.

As this is a proprietary hanging system, it's unlikely that you'd find suitable parts to recreate it. Is the shelving positioned between two walls, and if so, could you attach the hanging rod to them instead of the shelving?

We have the Flexi Storage Home Solutions White Hanging Rod Bracket, but it's designed for our shelving units.

Hi @southeywest

As @MitchellMc mentioned your not likely to find anything turnkey. But you maybe have some luck finding something at IKEA as they have quite a range of adjustable rods and fixing you might be able to adapt? You can also get extendable rods online that have screw end fixing that you could attach to small right angled brackets?
