How to create coffee station in converted pantry?

We have imagined a great coffee bar station by reusing what was a ridiculously large pantry opposite our kitchen don't worry, there is another pantry elsewhere).

We have taken the doors off and are now pondering how to tackle the cupboard and bench situation. There are these nibs though that mean a lot of 'dead' space for the cupboard, and I don't want to just use fillers. Any creative ways to use all of this space? 

How do we tackle first assemblage of the cupboard? How do I ensure the bench will be sturdy enough to support a 20kg coffee machine?

Hi @Smnthandrsn,

I've put a rendering together of a layout that might work for you. With some creative cabinetry work you could create your own blind cabinets on the left and right with 300mm base cabinets. You could leave the side walls of carcass off so you have access from the next cabinet over.

You'll need to plan the assembly of cabinetry and placement from the outside in to get it to fit. The bench will likely need to be inserted and held up before pushing in the lower cabinetry. The upper cabinets shouldn't be an issue.
