3-lips vs 4 lips shower base?

Bunnings sells two different SMC shower bases (both 900 x 900 mm): 3-lips (Mondella) and 4-lips (Estilo). I was wondering when to use 3-lips and when to use 4-lips shower base. For a 3 panel slider shower enclosure (for example the one here https://www.showerama.com.au/our-range/showerscreens/200-series-2/), which shower base should I use? Cheers.

Thanks for sharing your question about shower bases.

Please note that Mondella shower bases are compatible with Mondella shower sets only. The same goes for Estilo shower base as the Estilo 900 x 1830mm Chrome Semi Frameless Shower Screen is meant to fit inside this shower base only.

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with the Showerama assembly and am not sure if it will fit the shower bases you've mentioned.

The Mondella three lip shower base is built in that manner because the aluminium frame of the Mondella shower is quite low and needs the space clear in order for the shower door to open. The Estilo on the other hand has a tall aluminium frame and can clear the lip of the Estilo shower base.
