What is the best paint for a mouldy bathroom ceiling?

Hi. The bathroom ceiling in our apartment is stained (from mould). We have a bathroom window that we leave open but unfortunately can not install a ventilation fan. We previously used ceiling paint with a mould additive but to be honest I hate the flat, chalky look and it is hard to wipe clean. What would be the best paint to use to repaint our bathroom ceiling? Ideally something that is easy to wipe down.

Ceiling paints are typically flat in sheen level, so in the article, I recommend you consider a semi-gloss, which is far harder for mould to take a foothold in and stain and is easier to clean mould form.
