How to replace cut-to-size glass window?

Hello everyone,

I need the glass in my laundry window replaced because it has cracked.

It is my understanding that Bunnings does not sell cut-to-size glass.

Can some please tell me what a fair price would be for cut-to-size glass 860x520 mm.

I do not need installation. I am planning to buy the glass and install it myself.

If you can recommend a company in Melbourne south-east that offers cut-to-size glass at a reasonable price, that would be appreciated.

Thanks for sharing your question regarding replacing the glass in your laundry window. I did a quick search on google for glass and aluminium shops and there are quite a few in the Melbourne south-east area. I propose giving one of these shops a call and asking for a quote on the glass size that you mentioned. 

Please be aware that working with glass is quite dangerous an errant hit with a tool or too much pressure applied could shatter the glass and cause injury. Please remember to wear personal protections such as gloves, goggles and a mask when working on your project.
