How to choose a bedroom ceiling fan?

Hi 

I want to change the neon light in the bedroom to an electric ceiling fan with remote control. the bedroom is 12m2 and 2.6 m high. Unfortunately  not too airy, only a small part of the huge window can be opened and my place suffers from mould buildup.

I decided to help the air moving around to get a ceiling fan but there are too many choices and need help with choosing. My budget is max $200 but less is better.
