Hi There,
Our new build has been built below street level by about 12cm on the left hand side. the adjacent lot is still vacant and when we had a large downpour recently our drains clogged on our pathway and the water levels were getting close to our laundry door. we have roughly a 200mm gap (160mm at the fence posts plus some concrete will need to be chipped away) to put some kind of drainage. Maybe a 65mm Age drain? but as our land is flat and you. need a fall of 1cm per meter we could be close to 50mm deep by the time the Darin hits the back and the pathway is only 100mm thick, is this an issue? also thought about strip drains and putting a pit at the end of the pathway to connect to but again will have to be fairly deep for the fall?
any advice or ideas would be really helpful.
Thanks.
