Can you nail scotia to plasterboard?

Thanks for sharing your question about installing scotia on plaster board. Technically the scotia is attached with adhesive, and the purpose of the nail is to hold the scotia in place until the adhesive cures. But using just nails to install it on plaster board is not advisable as the nails will pull out.
