Is builders vapour barrier plastic OK for veg patch?

I put some vapour plastic lining all on the internal walls of raised a veg patch I made so moisture doesn't damage the timber over time

Is this plastic ok for growing veggies?

Plastic lining is usually made from polyethylene which is considered one of the safest plastics. It is chemically stable and unlikely to leach harmful substances into the soil under normal conditions.

It shouldn't pose an issue in small quantities and is fairly common in applications like you've described.
