How to reconnect Deta smart powerpoint?

I have a Deta double smart PowerPoint, with USB chargers, which has dropped out and I just can’t reconnect it. Everything works, but I obviously can’t operate it remotely.

I have multiple other Deta devices which I have been able to connect if they’ve dropped out, but not this one on this occasion

The reset light is off, stays off and nothing I do can get it on or flashing

Anything I can do or is it simply time to replace it?

Hi @buttigiegp

If you've gone through the basic troubleshooting steps and the unit still refuses to activate it might need to be replaced. Since you've mentioned that it is still under warranty, I suggest getting your electrician to remove the power point and getting an exchange at the store. Please don't forget to bring your docket so that the team can search for your sale.
