How to fix Ozito battery that has stopped charging?

I tried to use my Ozito hammer drill after a few months while dismantling furniture to unscrew the pieces. The drill just wouldn't turn on. On trying to charge the battery, the battery just wouldn't charge and both the red and green lights were flashing.

The last time I used it, about 4-5 months back, I had no issues.

I propose checking your docket to see if your Ozito tool is still under warranty. The Power X Change (PXC) tools come with a 5-year replacement warranty. All that's needed is proof of purchase and Ozito will honour the warranty.
