Can Ceiling paint be colour tinted?

Just wondering can the below be bit tinted

This is for my parents kitchen ceiling and my father is adamant that the roof cannot be painted white.

he prefers maybe Berkshire white ir something more off white,creams

current colour is kinda yellow I think (needs a good clean so hard to tell)
