How to install new vanity?

Dear experts 

need your suggestion for installation of a new vanity. The existing vanity had a hole cut out in the middle for the water pipes to go through. As per the plumber, I’ll need a bigger hole to accommodate for the pipelines or the alternatives to remove the tiles and move the pipes on the wall and re-patch it which is costing more dollars 

Is there an alternative solution? 
how much does it cost to install vanity and moving the water supply to the wall ?

It sounds like the plumber wants to move the water supply pipes to the wall to attach the mini-cistern cocks securely, as having them in midair is likely not up to code. This would require drilling additional holes in the back of the new vanity to allow for the new positioning of the pipes. Unfortunately, there’s no easy workaround for this, and the work should have ideally been completed before the existing vanity was installed. 

In terms of costs, moving the water supply to the wall will likely add to the installation costs, as it involves plumbing work in addition to the vanity installation. It’s best to discuss the exact costs with your plumber for a more accurate estimate.
