How to fix dripping laundry taps?

Dear Experts

I purchased Caroma COOLIBAH CLASSIC CROSS WALL TOP ASSEMBLY TAPS on 4.9.22 from Bunnings and installed on the same day so far there was no issue with dripping water.

It is 1/4 Turn Ceramic Disc Spindle

Couldn't find the page for the taps on Bunnings website may be it is discontinued item , below is same item but on ebay

On 2.1.25 means before 8 days started dripping on cold water tap not hot water,,,,,please see the link for video

To confirm, you purchased the Caroma Coolibah Classic Cross Wall Top Assembly Taps on 4/9/22, and on 2/1/25, they started leaking. I only ask as the tap in your photo and video are pin lever and not cross handle as in the linked product. 

Regardless, after just over two years, I'd suggest that potentially the ceramic disc spindle needs to be replaced, but that is a bit of a short lifespan. However, it could have failed somehow. You'd need to take the internal spindle to your nearest store so our helpful Plumbing Expert can match it up for you. It will be something similar to this Shaw & Mason Chrome 1/4 Turn Clockwise Ceramic Disc Basin Spindle.
