How to fix rotting wooden window frames?

Hello!
One of my window frames is rottening - and I’m wondering if it is still salvageable? Can this be fixed temporarily?

If so, can someone please tell me how I can do so and recommended products 😊

I'd suggest contacting a glazier or carpenter for their assistance replacing this window.
