How can I repair notch in bathroom vanity drawer?

We recently installed a new bathroom vanity, but had to cut out this notch out of the bottom drawer to account for the floor pipe. 
I’d like to fix the notch with something similar to the top drawer, photo below:

I’m not sure the name of this material or if it would work for a rectangle shape. Is this possible? 
And if not, what would I need to use instead? 

I’d like the least hideous solution possible please 😂.

The material used in the top drawer insert appears to be a proprietary product specifically designed for that purpose. However, you can still achieve a neat and aesthetically pleasing solution by blending and framing the cut-out.

To start, painting the exposed edges of the notch in a colour that closely matches the laminate of the drawer will help it blend more seamlessly with the rest of the surface. Use a durable, waterproof paint to ensure longevity in the humid bathroom environment. Applying painter's tape around the edges will help you achieve clean lines during painting.

Next, you can construct a timber border around the cut-out section to frame it and create a polished appearance. Cut to size, and paint it to match the existing laminate. Attach the trim securely to the drawer using a strong adhesive, such as construction adhesive and small nails or screws. I've created the rendering below to illustrate.

For added durability and waterproofing, apply a clear silicone sealant in the edges. This will protect the wood and paint from moisture and make it easier to clean.
