help! I accidentally left bleach cleaner on my shower frame and now its stained or damaged the metal

I suggest using Mr Clean Sponge Scourer on the aluminium frame. Please be aware that it will leave polishing streaks on the surface so it's important that you scrub only in one direction. Make sure to use water and detergent to lift the stain on the surface of the aluminium.
Another method you can try is to try and buff the surface using Craftright 8 Piece Drill Polishing Kit in combination with Josco SSX Green Polishing Compound. Attach the polishing head to your drill and run it over the polishing compound before you polish the surface of the shower frame.
