Need to get a tool to turn the water off at the meter. Any body knows what the tool is called and where I can get one?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about turning off your water meter.
It appears to be a specialized water meter key. The good news is that you can turn off the meter using a standard Trojan 250mm Multigrip Plier. Simply adjust the pliers to grip the head of the meter switch and turn anticlockwise to turn it off. Please do not apply too much force to prevent snapping the plastic head of the switch.
