How to add dual shower to existing plumbing?

Hello, hoping for some advicd. You can see our old shower setup and the current plumbing configuration in the attached photos. 

What type of shower configuration can we use e.g can we use a dual shower? All mixer taps now seem to be behind the wall and I can't seem to find a mixer set-up similar to our original one. We can't change the plumbing.

So sorry for the delay in my reply.

When you mention a dual shower, would that be one of our twin showers with the handheld unit? If so, then yes, you can attach them to your existing water output. Some of them require a second mounting point lower on the wall.

If you wanted a single wall mixer, then you'd need to remove the existing plumber and install it behind the wall. With the current setup with dual handles, you'd need to go with something like the Caroma Chrome Luna Wall Top Assemblies Lever.
