I have to clean the high outside windows at a rental prior to final inspection on moving out, would a pressure washer with window cleaner be suitable on low pressure? or would one of the clip on to hose window cleaners be a better option
How high are your windows @BloodHammer? Would a 3.66m extension pole be sufficient?

Likely, either of those options would work, provided they were able to reach your windows. As Jason mentioned, an extension pole, if long enough, would assist. You can pop on a squeegee head and check the windows that way.
