How to deal with trees growing between fences?

Bought my current home recently and two trees have self sewn between a privacy fence (metal) and boundary fence (Timber Picket). 

One Tree a Kurrajong and the other don’t know it’s name but do know it grows rather large. There is one growing next door on opposite boundary in neighbouring property. 
Also this nameless tree is deciduous. 

Can anyone give me some advice on this growing problem?

It sounds like you want to get rid of the tree. If you'd prefer to remove them, the first step is to check with your local council to ensure that’s permitted, as some trees may be protected.

If you get the go-ahead, you can start by cutting off all the branches and then applying a blackberry and tree killer solution to the freshly cut trunks. This allows the tree to absorb the poison, which will help kill it off at the roots. Keep an eye on any regrowth, as multiple treatments may be needed. If the trees are causing structural issues with the fences, removing them sooner rather than later is a good idea. 

Remember to follow the safety direction on the packaging.
