Hi,
Thanks for the videos on low level decks - very helpful.
I am anticipating to build 2 x composite decks next to the pool area. See photos.
The shallowest depth is 120mm and deepest is 280mm (from ground to top of tiles)
Deck A (L-shape) is 2200mm x 2000mm
Deck B (straight) is 5000mm x 1130mm
Would you mind answering the below questions to help me out please?
- Do I need to dig deeper to allow for the deck? (The earth is supporting the pool, so the less digging the better)
- Can I avoid laying concrete under the deck? Currently it's rocky ground.
- Can tuff-blocks or adjustable pedestal feet go straight on the ground or do they need to be on a sealed surface/paver
