How to replace roller on sliding wardrobe door within door frame?

Please help! I’m trying to replace the broken roller on a wardrobe sliding door. The door is mirrored and the roller and cartridge seems to be slotted within the frame with grooves. I’ve tried unscrewing the screws but the cartridge is still not able to be removed due to being within the grooves. Please see photos. I don’t want to pry the frame open as I’m scared I’ll break the mirror. Most videos on roller replacement show the cartridge exposed on the back of the door, not house within the frame. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Similarly to Eric, I am fairly confident that to remove these roller carriages, you'll have to unscrew and remove the side rail of the frame so you can slide the carriage out.

If you lay the door flat on the ground, and unscrew the two screws I've pointed to above, you can pull the frame apart just enough to remove the carriage. This will make the glass come out of the frame on this side, but if you leave the other three sides of the frame in place, it should be fine. Please remember to wear gloves, enclosed shoes, protective clothing and eye protection as there are always potential risks when you are working around glass.

Once the carriage is out, take it in store to compare with a suitable replacement. The Rolltrak Adjustable Steel Carriage And Brass Roller looks very similar, but you would have to compare them in person to be sure.
