How to seal and lay granite pavers?

Hello! Im very new to doing DIY

I just bought the tuscan path light grey granite paver. As per instructions, it is recommended to seal it before and after installation. Im just wondering what products and materials do I need to do this?

And when laying this paver, do I lay it with the rough side up or smooth side up?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @meegueru21. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about sealing pavers.

Crommelin 4L Natural DiamondCoat Slate And Stone Sealer would suit your granite pavers. You can use a medium nap roller, lambswool applicator or brush to apply the product.

Typically, you would lay them with the smooth side up unless you were looking for a textured surface.
