How to install a sliding door?

I want to install a Sliding door to this drywall over the weekend but don’t want a heavy door panel

Thanks for sharing your question about installing sliding doors. One way to get a lightweight door is to use Hume's Doors & Timber 820 x 2040 x 35mm Internal Door Primed MDF Flush H1. This door comes in multiple sizes and is built with a unique high density honeycomb core construction which gives the door rigidity but remains lightweight. Another way to do it is to build your own door made from pine or MDF.
