How to protect roof tiles to extend it's life?

Hi there,

I have a traditional roof tile (I think they are of cement but am not sure of a specific name for it).

I would like to put some oil or paint that can extend my roof lifespan.
Also, some of my roof tiles are broken and I want to know how can I fix the.

Please suggest me something cheap and best I can get to put on my roof that will be advantageous and won't change the existing roof tile color as I live in a townhouse in Victoria.

Thank you for your question about restoring and preserving your tiled roof.

Unfortunately, due to the risks involved, roof restorations of this nature are not something I would advise you to do yourself.

Professional roof restoration companies will have the knowledge and skill to replace the roof tiles safely and restore and preserve them. There may be clear sealers that can be used on roof tiles, but I am not aware of them.
