I have been looking at options for sliding window stopper, our window has a frame so a few options available are not fixable on the frame. What are my options to stop my sliding window to open for security ?

A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
A very simple and cost-effective solution is to put a length of pine dowel in the track.
This renders the sliding window unopenable from the outside. When you'd like to open the window from the inside, simply flip the dowel up so the track is no longer blocked.
