How can i extend my existing outdoor tab attached to wall by 3m away to another point .

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about extending your outdoor tap.
Just a friendly reminder that any plumbing works that has to be carried out must be done by a licensed plumber for safety and compliance.
It's probable that the plumber will add a diversion piece such as a brass "T" connector and solder a copper pipe extension to the new location you prefer. They will attach the pipe to your wall using copper clips and use a new tap outlet for the extra garden tap.
