Trying to figure out how we get access to the bulb to replace it.
Any thoughts?

It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing bulbs.I note in the instruction manual that preceding removing the bulbs, it asks us to remove the fascia. I suspect once the fascia plate is removed, it will provide access to take out the bulbs.
