What is eating my tomato and Fenugreek plants?

Hi everyone, 

I need some help identifying the pests eating through the leafs of my potted leafy veggies. There are hole in the leaves as highlighted in the images below of newly grown tomato plants leaves and fenugreek leaves. The seeds were boughts from Bunnings itself.

Your tomato and fenugreek plants are likely being eaten by caterpillars, or possibly snails and slugs. Caterpillars tend to chew irregular holes in leaves, while snails and slugs often leave larger, ragged holes and a slimy trail behind.

To control caterpillars, you can apply Dipel, a natural biological insecticide that targets caterpillars without harming beneficial insects. If snails or slugs are the issue, a bait will be your best option. If you have pets or children, I’d recommend using Multicrop 600g Multiguard Snail And Slug Killer, as it’s a safer alternative compared to traditional metaldehyde-based baits.
