I want to remove these two water taps. Not working no matter how hard I twist it to left.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your wall taps.
I'm guessing that the cover flanges attached to the main body of the tap refuse to turn. If you are no longer using these covers and don't mind them being damaged, I suggest using a Craftright 250mm Multigrip Plier and grasping on to the main body of the flange and turning it anticlockwise. Using the extra leverage that the tool provides should allow you to remove the cover and gain access to the tap spindles.
