How to fill cracks in path?

Hi, 

At the perimeter of a path is a problem with a "filler" between tiles (the main path) and a concrete edge (red in the photo). I'm not sure what the white "filler" is made from.

My query is, what can be used to fill in the gap which is caused by the white "filler" disintegrating? I would like to fill the gap with something that will withstand pressure washing. Thankyou.

Since the white "filler" is deteriorating and you're looking for a durable, pressure-washer-resistant solution to fill the gap between the tiles and the concrete edge, you'll want to use a flexible, weather-resistant, and strong bonding material. I suggest using Sikaflex 11FC Polyurethane Sealant – This is a high-strength polyurethane sealant that adheres well to both tiles and concrete. It’s flexible, meaning it can handle slight movement without cracking, and its water resistant.

The sealant can withstand indirect pressure washing, but excessive pressures can cause it to tear away from the cement substrate so please be careful when cleaning this area.
