The first picture is Dragons Breath - Celosia plumosa. It is an extra-large, late flowering Celosia, producing an abundance of vibrant red foliage with large plume-type blooms that are most attractive and stand out against a garden-scape. Your second picture appears to be a Hummingbird Mint - Agastache morello. It is a hardy perennial plant with tall stems sporting soft, bright pink flowers with deep maroon bracts. It has small, grey-green foliage and prefers a sunny position in well-drained soil.
