How to seal bottom of metal shed?

I have a metal veranda almost closed in like a shed . I want to silicone the bottom of the shed where it meets the concrete and on other side is dirt to keep out bugs dust etc..

A few  questions

do I need to leave weep hole for condensation. ? Also does veep holes leave it prone for mice to get in and nest when I insulate 

Does using expanding foam on larger holes create rusting over year from moisture getting in foam

Thank you for your question about sealing your metal shed.

Do you have some photos you can share? It would be hard to give you very specific advice without seeing the shed. Let me know if you need a hand uploading images, I'm happy to help if required.

There is no real need for weep holes, considering the plan is to insulate the shed. A well-insulated shed will have a stable internal temperature, preventing the metal surfaces from becoming significantly colder than the surrounding air. This reduces the conditions necessary for condensation to form. I would simply seal the inside of the shed only so there is no area underneath the bottom channel of the wall that is isolated from air flow.

You can use Sika 300ml Concrete Grey Sikaflex 11FC Purform to seal the bottom of your shed.

Expanding foam should not be used externally as it is not designed for exposure to the elements. It can and will retain moisture that, overtime, can cause rust to your shed. If you can upload some photos of the shed showing the holes, I would be happy to recommend an alternative.
