How to mount retractable hose to Besser block?

Hi, I purchased a 20 metre Gardena retractable hose.

Just looking to mount it on outside wall, which is Besser block with render on top. 

The mounting bolts are pretty long...

Do you think i can just drill and fasten straight into the Besser block? (noting that it is hollow inside) will that be strong enough? 

Or do I need to find a stud in the wall and fasten one side into that?

I've tried to find a horizontal timber support in the wall, but I can't find any

It is possible to anchor your retractable hose to the Besser block by using the following kit:

Ramset Chemset:

• Ramset 300ml Chemset UltraFix Plus
   
• Ramset Multifit Sieve - 4 Pack
   
• Ramset M8 x 110mm Galvanised Anchor Stud - 4 Pack

However, due the dynamic forces being applied to your hose real there is the possibility that the hose reel will come off or at least destroy its anchoring point. I suggest instead installing a 100x100 post with a concrete base. This post will be able to handle any dynamic forces the hose reel may apply. I've placed a sample image below to give you an idea of how it can be done.
