How to fix leaning boundary structural retaining wall?

This might not be a question for this forum, but I just got told that “my boundary structural retaining wall is leaning 

significant lean from vertical in ONE section. To quote the report “the deviation measurement is 38mm in 1.2m height”. I’m wondering whether is this a problem to lose sleep over, and how big or common of a problem this is? Thank you

A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

Unfortunately, I can't say whether this is an issue requiring immediate rectification, but 38mm of variance over 1200mm is a fair bit. 

It could indicate that the concrete foundation of this post is inadequate to support the load being applied to it by the soil on the other side of the wall.

I would strongly suggest you contact a structural engineer for their assessment and recommendations.
