A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
I'm having trouble finding a heater with that model number. Can I trouble you to double-check the model number for me?
Is it possibly one of these two options?
I will contact our suppliers to confirm what can be done when you can let me know which model of heater you require a replacement remote for.

I have recently done some investigation about the CEH241 Tower Heater and found that, unfortunately, replacement remotes are not available to order.
If it is still under warranty, you can return it to the store of purchase with your receipt and swap it for a new one. If you no longer have the receipt, give the store a call and ask to speak with a manager; they will be able to help you reprint your receipt.
If you run into any issues, please get in touch, and I will reach out to facilitate a replacement.
