How to insulate a steel shed?

So we have moved to a property with a steel shed, 6m x 6m with a high gable roof and 2 roller doors. Concrete floor. 
I want to use the space for my crafting and want to minimise dust and pests. Plus it gets either hot or too cold in there.

any suggestions please 🙂

If you have some photos of the shed you could share, that will certainly help our members offer their best advice based on your circumstances. Let me know if you need some assistance uploading images, I'm happy to help if required.

Start with insulation to help regulate temperature and reduce condensation. Foilboard could be a good option if there is no framing available. The method outlined in their Shed Installation Guide will give you an idea of what is required. If there is framing available, you may be able to use insulation batts held in place with strapping or plasterboard.

To deal with dust and pests, sealing up gaps is essential. Using weather strips or seals around roller doors can help reduce dust and pests. If the shed has vents or windows, covering them with Fly Screens will go a long way in keeping insects out. Sealing any other gaps with silicone will also help reduce dust and better insulate your shed.

Sealing or painting the concrete floor will also reduce dust and make it easier to clean. You could coat the floor with an epoxy coat like this Dy-Mark 8L Slate Epoxy Coat Garage Floor Kit, or simply paint it with concrete paint. You could also use Eva 50 x 50cm Black Solid Interlock Foam Mats in the areas you stand most often so you feel more comfortable in your shed.
