How to fill gap beside meter box and brick wall?

Hi team,

Hope everyone is well. I am looking to fill the area besides my meter box outside. 

I already tried the silicone but as the gap is too large that didn’t work. I need something expandable and waterproof. 
please also note that the gap is around 7cm deep. 

I don’t want to fill everything, just the outer layer as to avoid any ingress of water or insects.

Thanks for sharing your question about filling the gap in your brick wall. You can either use Moroday 10mm x 5m White Gap Filler Rod and push it into the gap at least 5mm deep and then you can use silicone on top of it. The purpose of the filler rod is to prevent the silicone from dropping further into the gap. The other option is to use Parfix 340g Expanding Foam Filler, it is a self-expanding foam that grows to at least three times its original size. 

Spray it close to the surface of the gap to at least 5mm deep and wait for it expand and cover the gap. Once the foam cures you can cut off the excess with a craft knife.

Please make sure to wear disposable gloves and goggles when using working on your repairs.
