How to change colour of White Knight painted kitchen laminate cupboards?

Hi all, 

Earlier in the year I painted my kitchen cupboards blue with the White Knight Laminate. 

They are in perfect condition, however I am now wanting to change the colour... I used the prep coat and then the top coat colour - I did not seal them with the 3rd layer Clear option. 

Q: Can I just paint over the blue layer with another White Knight 'Paint' step in the new colour - without having to reapply the primer coat and sanding?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @gbooth. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about painting cabinetry.

There is no need to prime; that's only for laminate surfaces. You should use 240-grit sandpaper to de-gloss the surface by lightly sanding it, then remove all residue. You'll then be able to apply a new topcoat. Be advised that if you're using a darker blue and plan to transition to a lighter colour, it may require several coats to block the existing colour fully.
