Yes, you can paint a concrete umbrella stand. A standard exterior paint like Dulux Weathershield should bind well to the masonry surface without any issues. For the metal sections, it’s a good idea to lightly sand them first using 180-grit sandpaper to key the surface — this just helps the paint stick better. Once everything’s prepped, you can go ahead and paint the whole stand for a fresh new look.
