How to fix concrete driveway cracks?

We have a slightly sloping concrete driveway.  Over the years it develops cross fracture tension cracks.

I am looking for advice to fix these - ?add gap filler sealants/concrete/cement/Concrete Bog? and cover with 'original driveway sealant' (which we have left over from original laying).

We have tried Exterior Acrylic Gap Filler Sealants - These tend to dry and erode.  Also some cracks are too thin to fill - unless we widen them.

All ideas welcome

When it comes to repairing cracks in a concrete driveway, the main challenge is finding a solution that’s both strong enough to handle vehicle traffic and flexible enough to cope with any future movement. If your driveway has stabilised and you’re confident it’s no longer shifting, you could look at using a two-part epoxy concrete repair product. These create a hard, durable bond that's ideal for load-bearing areas, but they aren’t flexible, so if there’s still any movement, you may eventually see new fine cracks forming around the repair.

For the thinner or hairline cracks, or if you want something more forgiving, a polyurethane sealant like Sikaflex 11FC is a good option. It’s flexible, sticks well to concrete, and is tough enough for driveways. It can also be used later to seal around epoxy repairs if more cracks appear over time.

Widening the very fine cracks slightly with a grinder or chisel can help create a channel for better adhesion, especially if you're using a sealant. Once the repairs are done, applying your leftover driveway sealer over the surface will help protect the area and provide a consistent finish.
