I purchased some suntuf corrugated grey sheets. Some of the sheets don’t have a sticker on them saying which way up to install them, I guess that this must be important, is there a way I can tell?

Yes, it is important to get them up the right way, they will last much longer.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your Suntuf panels.
@richp has provided an excellent link describing which way the Suntuf sheets are suppose to be installed. Generally speaking, the sheets will have stickers or print outs on the sheets themselves indicating which way the sheet is suppose to be facing. Solar smart panels also have a hint and that is the textured side of the panel faces down.
