How to fix leaking gutters?

 Gaps between flashing and gutter and the water is all dripping between them. its quite obvious not straight and waved. How to work with these hooks or adjustments?how to attach it with the wood beam? At the bottom i have trees. So only way access these, i need to get to the roof. Asked many handymans, no one willing to help. Why?

It looks like the gutter brackets along the middle section have pulled away or detached from the fascia board, which is likely why you're seeing such significant gaps and sagging between the flashing and the gutter. To properly fix this, the gutter would need to be taken down so the condition of the fascia board can be inspected—often, if the brackets have come loose, it’s because the timber is rotted or deteriorated and may need repair or replacement.

If the fascia is still in good condition, you can reattach the brackets securely and then reinstall the gutter. Unfortunately, there’s no quick fix for this without removing the gutter first, as the brackets need to be fastened before the gutter is put back in place.

Since you mentioned there are trees below and the only access is from the roof, it becomes a more complex and potentially risky job requiring roof work and proper fall protection—something not all handymen are equipped or insured to handle. In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to a licensed roofing contractor or gutter specialist who has the right tools and safety setup to complete the job properly.
