Hi, I got this electric stove/oven combo and the cooktop plates are completely rusted. Any idea to clean them?

Thanks for sharing your question about your rusted stove hobs. I propose using the Hillmark ShineOn Solid Hotplate Protector & Polish. Please note that this product will need to be ordered at the special orders desk as it is not a regularly stocked item. It restores and protects your hotplate from pitting & flaking and it also creates a barrier against rust corrosion caused by salty splatters and spills from adjacent hotplates.
You can also try baking Soda and Vinegar, mix the baking soda and vinegar to form a thick paste. Apply the paste to the rust-affected areas and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Scrub with a non-abrasive pad or brush, then rinse with clean water and dry off with a clean rag.
