How to repair and fit pipework to new water tank?

Have purchased a new water tank recently and need to repair our existing pipework coming from the gutter of the shed to the new water tank. As you can see the old pipe was patched on with gaffer tape but hasnt quite stuck.

The rest of the pipe looks pretty good but will need some additional joins to get it away from the wall and stretch out to the water tank:

Looking for product options to replace the necessary parts and any other advice to get this repair work done right. My first time doing a big outdoor plumbing job like this.
