Still very new to the building/renovating space. My little 1940's cottage needed some privacy - in summer we get amazing sea breezes coming through the house but having the door open and lights on at night meant people could see straight through!
Solution ... popped down to Bunnings for some inspiration and a chat and ended up making this 6ft screen. I already had one timber post on our little mini verandah - so attached another to the wall and added slats.
Two lessons ... paint prior to attaching (Luckily I had a good extension ladder! ) and also use a good paint with primer that dispells seepage.
