Will concrete resurfacing solve this problem? Please suggest possible names/contacts dealing with this problem. Thanks

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your concrete patio.
By resurfacing the concrete surface and creating a fall to the outer perimeter of the patio it will prevent water from pooling on its surface. I'm sorry but I'm not allowed to endorse trades people. I suggest posting the job on Hipages or Airtasker and asking for a quote to resurface the concrete patio. My best advice is to put in as much information as you can and post a picture if possible so that you'll have a good chance of getting a quick response.
